Hi All,

Lyanne (trainer at my local gym) and I were having a chat one day. I told her how inspired I was by watching Peter White's Comic Relief Trek in Kenya. Despite being blind he combatted the cruel terrain and desert heat and finished it broken and bruised but victorious. I said to Lyanne I'd love to do something like that to challenge my disability. So here I am!

 

This year, I am planning to walk the whole 5K. I've never walked so far - and haven't tried it in "real-life" yet. On the treadmill, I can now do 4K - a big achievement - almost there.

 

I need your thoughts and prayers - but more so your generosity. Please dig deep - it's for a very good cause.
