Last time I did this was in 2007 and despite going to the gym semi-fequently i didnt "run" all the way round... This year i would like it to be different!
Now I know im not going to be an olympic sprinter and cross country is never going to be my thing but i would like to be fit. In the last 4 weeks Ive tried to go running a couple of times a week and gone from aching all over for 4 days to being able to run a mile in one go.
Deep down the main thing I struggle with though is motivation so Im hoping that by you guys sponsoring me I will not only get to raise lots of money for charity but get fit too!
