🐧Penguins United: for Mind in memory of our dear friend and teamate, Marc Payne. ♥️

This year is the 3rd year that we lost someone very special to us and we would love to give something back in memory of Marc. 

The Penguins would like to complete a total of 1100 miles through all mediums of activities such as running, swimming, cycling, walking etc and we wish to do this for the metal health charity, MIND. 

Why 1100 miles, this is because Marc wore the number 11 shirt whenever he played football for the Penguins, which we have now retired. It feels fitting to complete this distance in his memory. 

If you are able to donate anything towards this great cause we would very much appreciate it. Even just showing your support through social media will help us all get through this.
