Dirty Dozen - London South · 18 April 2015 to 19 April 2015 ·
After Watching my bestie Lisa go through physical hell on the Dirty Dozen last year i was completely in awe of her determination to complete the 15 S.A.S obstacles & a 6k run, covered in mud & in freezing conditions. She blow us all away & to this day am incredibly proud of her, for completing it and raising over £800 for Headway East Kent.
She is now at it again but this time has managed to rope in my hubby Chris & sister in laws Emma & Debbie for this years challenge and they have chosen 2 very special charities.
They are the Rough Diamonds & they need your support as they take on the challenge of 15 s.a.s obstacles and a 6k run @ The Hop Farm Paddock Wood
The Kent Autistic Trust & The British Heart Foundation. are the chosen charoties they want to raise money for so they really need your help.
