Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

IRONMAN Wales Is one day triathlon event around the Pembrokeshire coast that consists of a 2.4mi. Swim in the sea, (with jellyfish)  a 112mi. Bike, which is considered the 5th hardest IRONMAN bike course in the world, and to top it off a marathon. 26.2mi. 

Complete in under 17hrs = IRONMAN.
