This year I will be raising money for SWAN UK. SWAN (Syndromes without a name) is the only dedicated support network available for families of children and yound adults with undiagnosed genetic conditions in the UK. It is estimated that around 6,000 disabled children are born every year with an undiagnosed genetic condition. SWAN are aiming to ensure all famiies who are affected get the support they need both in hospital and at home.

I am competing in the paras10 event in Sept 2017 a 10 mile run/walk carrying a weighted rucksack of 35-40lb and wearing boots over the same course used by the parachute regiment during their preselection training. i am also kayaking 21 miles around lake windermere on May 28th 2017
