As an ex-member of the Parachute Regiment, I'm very concious of the commitment and sacfifice of our service men and women who seem to be more and more let down by the government that sent to fight on our behalf.  

As someone who belives that charity begins at home there is no better start that SSAFA. I'm very dubious of charities that pay thier executives exorbitant salaries but not so with SSAFA. Around 90% of your money will go to where it is supposed to go, helping servicemen and women and their families.

In August/September of this year 60 likeminded individuals set out on a 250 mile bike ride through the Somme Battlefields to pay our respects for the fallen and raise money for this worthy cause. 

If you feel as I do that we must support those that have sacfriced so much, then why not make a donation. Thanks for your support.
