Gael and I have good reason to be grateful to Chesterfield Royal Hospital as we've both had periods of life changing illness in recent years. Gael, a Type 2 diabetic, was diagnosed with epilepsy following a minor stroke. It's thanks to staff in the neurology department at the hospital that her condition is well controlled and she is able to work full time
After experiencing 'waterwork problems' I made an appointment with my GP who referred me to Chesterfield Royal Hospital's urology department where I was diagnosed with prostate cancer. This has now been successfully treated and subsequent monitoring by Royal Primary Care, the primary care division of Chesterfield Royal Hospital, indicates I too am in good health.
We both have good reasons to say 'thank you' to Chesterfield Royal Hospital and we hope you support our fund raising effort.
