Fundraising for Mind
Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page and for playing your part in helping break the stigma around Mental Health.
Mind UK is my chosen charity as it has personally helped me on my own journey in managing a better life with Anxiety and Depression and as a common yet taboo subject we need charities like this to continue it's support for the many.
Sadly, mental health related suicides/attempted suicides have increased over the years and without charities like Mind many individuals are struggling to speak out and seek the help which is so greatly needed in order to overcome the struggles and adopt a more stable mental health as a whole.
Donating to MIND through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure but the offline donations also play a massive part in raising awareness and crucially the funds for the charity to run. Your details are safe with JustGiving - Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity MIND UK and offline donations will be collected and personally sent by myself to the charity once collected.
