I am running the Great Parks Half Marathon for Great Ormond Street Hospital, and in particular the Little Jimmy Bighter Future Fund - where my sister has a close personal connection with his parents.  He died only five weeks old, despite amazing efforts from GOSH, and then only three weeks later they saved his twin sister from a life-threatening hernia.
