My walk is in two stages. Stage 1 commences on 2nd July and ends on 9th July, Stage 2 commences on 20th August and ends on 27th August.  I am aiming to walk for 14-15 days in total, following the Coast to Coast Path devised by Alfred Wainwright, a total of just under 200 miles. So i shall be walking about 12-15 miles per day on average.  I have been putting in plenty of practice so hopefully, I shall be able to rise to the challenge!  However, I have built a rest-day into each stage, just in case I need it!
