Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

We are a group of UK Yoga Alliance yoga teachers from Bristol School of Yoga. We take pride in teaching yoga in its many forms as a means of promoting positive mental health. As it's Mental Health Awareness Week (13 - 19 May), we have decided to use our classes that week to raise money for a local charity, Bristol Mind. 

Our teachers will be promoting their classes in support of Bristol Mind. They will be linking to this Just Giving page, and we would welcome any donations, however large or small. By finding the time to join us on the mat will mean so much to us. By donating to Bristol Mind during that week will simply be the icing on the cake. 

Classes that will be raising funds for Bristol Mind include:

YogaDad - Yoga For Men Day Retreat - Chew Magna - 11 May. 

YogaDad - Chair Yoga - Central Bristol (video/audio only) - 14 May.
