Mr Coates has kindly put himself forward to raise money for my cause - The Meningitis Trust.. Next year I'm running the Sahara Marathon which is 150 miles across the desert in 6 days.. Rob is going to add to the fundraising by completing two runs before 2010 ends.. Well - it was actually a bet in a pub after a few glasses that he finally submitted!! However, here we are and money he will raise ;)

Target 1: The British 10km in London on 11 July.. 10km is a about a quarter of a marathon and at 6.2 miles this is no mean feat!! However to aid him in his conquest the big guy is also giving up smoking! yes, you heard it.. GIVING UP!

Traget 2: Run to the Beat in London on 26 September. This is a half marathon and a tough test for anyone - 13.1 miles in fact.. surely no Rob could run that far?... Rob no, BatRob?? YES! Now Rob thinks it might be easier with super powers.. We failed to get a Wonder Woman outfit so BatMan it is :))
