Story

www.rockandribbon.org

Rock & Ribbon Campaign to raise awareness & funding for Breast Cancer Research  as well as inspiring others to take positive action. The campaign focuses around the auctioning of a signature guitar owned by Brian May of UK rock band Queen, that he has generously signed and donated in support of The Rock & Ribbon Campaign. 100% of the proceeds will go directly to Breast Cancer Campaign.

Brian May's famous guitar will be displayed on the auction launch evening of the 2013 UK Lingerie Awards (UKLA), a prestigious event held at the Art Deco Freemasons Hall in London's Covent Garden on December 4th 2013 and where the UK's leading lingerie brands and fashion houses come together . The organisers, Lingerie Insight, the UK’s leading magazine for the British lingerie & swimwear brands, are lending their full support to this worthy cause as are One Mega Management whose photo shoot production team kindly donated their time to shoot the beautiful Rock & Ribbon Campaign images.

Bidding for the guitar is open to anyone Internationally and will commence on December 4th at the UKLA continuing online at www.rockandribbon.org for two weeks, closing on December 17th. The highest bidder will be announced on the 18th of December but you don't have to be involved with the auction to support this worthwhile cause, even the smallest donations are very much appreciated and can be made directly to the charity through this Just Giving page.

ELLE

My hopes are that the Rock & Ribbon campaign will encourage donations and just as importantly further raise awareness for Breast Cancer. By auctioning Brian's guitar I hope this will inspire others to create their own fundraisers while encouraging people to look after their bodies, embrace self confidence, courage and their inner beauty. I am so thankful and grateful to all the amazing people who have helped make this campaign happen.”

Thank you so much, Elle x
