Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

In 2014, Harry and I lost an uncle and a father to a tough battle with cancer. We weren't the only ones to lose a loved one, this is something that affected the whole family and everyone whose life was touched by my dad. No one can prepare you for losing someone you love, however, Trinity were there from start to finish, from making dad the most comfortable he could be in his last few days to comforting those who were involved in the traumatic experience.

Every day Trinity's skilled, compassionate end of life care helps patients, and their families and carers, to regain the confidence they need to live every moment. Dealing with some of the worst illnesses we have the utmost respect for everyone involved in the organisations.

We plan on doing a lot more challenges over the next year and the years to come, but the Total Motion Aquathlon is the first that we'll be tackling. In a biathlon fashion, this challenge involves a swim and a run (neither of us a particularly good at either one) which we will be ready for when the time comes. We appreciate every donation you give and personally just want to say thank you for helping is with this fantastic cause.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
