Please would you sponsor me online, as I take part in the Great North Run, raising funds for Christian Aid?  This will be, literally "on the trot", for the twenty-first time. All money raised (apart from a small admin. charge by Justgiving) goes to Christian Aid for their relief and development work:   sums modest to us can make a huge difference elsewhere in the world.
