Sebastian's Action Trust

Sebastian's Action Trust provides respite holidays and vital support to seriously-ill children and their families. Our purpose-built holiday house opened in 2011 and is a place of laughter, love, noise and fun. We aim to welcome 100 families for holidays and 500 individuals on day visits each year.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

We're hiking the tallest mountain in England in memory of Ryan who left us recently at the hands of Acute Myeloid Leukaemia. To help raise money for a charity who's goal to to make sure families with seriously ill children don't miss out on precious and fun times together. They have built a respite holiday home called Bluebells, which can accommodate families for 1 week with full use of all the facilities, this includes a fully equipped music room, cinema room, craft room, sensory room and something I'm sure every family loves....an indoor swimming pool.

But, this is just one thing they provide. Jane and Leslie on countless occasions provided transport needed to get Ryan to and from hospital appointments as far as Bristol and Oxford.

Took the kids to a Christmas party and pantomime in Windsor. Hosted christmas in July. Put on sibling activity days. Offered families wellbeing treatments such as massage, manicure or facials. Plus much much more...And importantly they have provided crucial support and help in ways we will always be grateful for.

As a thank you to Jane, Michael and all at SAT, we pledge to raise as much money as possible to help keep Ryan's and Sebastian's memories going!! Xxx
