I honestly know how Karl Pilkington feels when Ricky Gervais sends him off on adventures that he would never himself consider.

I'm not built for biking, I don't like riding or running and really cannot think of anything worse than riding to Wembley. I have been asked to take this challenge on and to be honest im scared.

Anyone who knows me knows I am a glass half full person! 

Pros - I raise money for a great charity, I raise awareness through a vlog and Rugby AM for RL Cares, I have to train so I will get fit and lose weight and I could do with shifting a stone or three. MSC Nutrition and LD Nutrition have already sponsored me food and supplements to ensure I have the best chance of getting into some sort of shape. It will make good TV and I will learn allot about myself venturing out of my comfort zone.

Cons - Wearing Lycra and Everyone laughing at the fat lad at the back not only on the ride but on the TV. 320 mile ride to Wembley off road over 5 days. A very very very sore backside!

I will always support charity especially RL Cares as for me it is the key charity in Rugby League. They are there for past and present players to support, assist and deliver services that help players deal with what ever issue they face.

Allot of the amazing work they do daily remains anonymous due to the delicate and personal situations that they support players through. As well as difficult issues they offer educational support and assistance with the difficult time of transition when a players career comes to an end.
