Run for Dementia
Campaign by Alzheimer's Society (RCN 296645)
How many miles can you run in 30 days? Could you take on 50 or 100 miles to help us beat dementia?

Story

Everyone has been affected by Dementia in some way, whether it's a member of your own family or a friend's. Whichever, it's a cruel illness that we need to understand more and hopefully eradicate in the future. Having spent a lot more time around people with Dementia I wanted to do something to contribute towards making a difference in partnership with Hummingbird Home care. Not only am I doing this in March I am also doing the virtual challenge of Land's End to John O'Groat's which is 1744km in 420 days. Not easy it's an average of 4K a day.

Please support my journey and make any donation where possible, thank you.
