Having always wanted to complete a Half and not getting any younger I thought now is the time. I will be running the Ocean City Half Marathon on Sunday 5th September. I’ve started my training and having only ever ran 10 miles without my legs falling off, 13.1 miles is a challenge for me!

Ellie’s Haven is an amazing charity in Cornwall providing holidays to families caring for children with long term and life limiting medical conditions and disabilities. Helping such families spend quality time together away from their normal surroundings, in a specially adapted property in the Looe Valley in Cornwall. Knowing a special little boy who used the Sensory Room makes this Ellie’s Heaven even more special 💙
