I am asking my friends, family and colleagues to support this great charity in memory of my good friend Mr John Gibson, who was sadly lost to suicide in October 2009. As this year is going to be the 10th year since his passing, I felt like doing something to raise a bit of cash for a charity related to mental health. 

The challenge is over 7000 stairs at Murrayfield so I've definitely set myself up for a sore one.....however it's all in the name of a good cause.
