St Albans & St Stephens schools have a long tradition, including last year, of winning the St Albans Half Marathon Fun Run, for the most number of participants. Unfortunately, the event has been cancelled this year but SSAS PTA thought  it would  be a good idea for our school children to run the 1.5 mile distance on or around Sunday 14 June 2020. This can be done at home, or at a nearby open space, in line with current social distancing rules, and we ask for you to make a donation to charity. We have chosen “RAISE”  ( the West Herts Hospital Charity), they have around 100 staff doing both day and night shifts to treat and care for COVID-19 patients. They have had immense support from the community but more is needed. Please help support the  staff at #TeamWestHerts.
