Rachel Louise Day sadly lost her battle with Sepsis in June this year, aged 29. Rach worked as a dog walker for Friends for Pets (Cardiff) so we thought what could be more fitting than a charity dog walk in her memory to raise funds and awareness for The UK Sepsis Trust.
