We provide support and education to help people affected by Fatigue

Charity Registration No. 1151924

I'm Liam, a professional PT from Birmingham. In May 2020 I will
be taking part in a 100km hike from London to Brighton, in 24 hours. This Ultra Challenge will push me to the limits of my fitness, with a Richmond start by the Thames - then the North Downs and wonderful Surrey & Sussex countryside to halfway at Turners Hill. Then up and over the tough terrain of the South Downs before the welcome sight of the Brighton coastline comes in to view.

I am undertaking this Ultra Challenge to raise funds for Salus Fatigue Foundation. Salus Fatigue Foundation is a charity, that provides support, education and helps in the long term to inspire people living
with fatigue related conditions to improve their health and wellbeing.

Salus Fatigue Foundation have worked with people over the
last 10 years who are affected by fatigue and fatigue related conditions. Salus are passionate about supporting people through a self management approach to make a positive impact on their health and wellbeing. Through their  knowledge and experience they understand that it is not only people who have been diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS/ME) that are affected by fatigue and fatigue related symptoms.

Salus Fatigue Foundation help those who are affected by fatigue as a result of the following conditions:

•    Anxiety & Depression

•    Brain Injury

•    Cancer

•    CFS/ME/Fibromyalgia

•    Hormonal

•    Post Traumatic

By raising funds for Salus Fatigue Foundation, they will be able to carry on their invaluable work and support, whilst also making the charity accessible to people all over the UK, through their online community
