On Saturday 6^th March Sam Gelder will be running '7 marathons in 7 days' to raise money for ‘The Gelder Charitable Trust’ and 'Cancer Research UK'.

The Gelder Charitable Trust  was set up in 2020 following the sad and sudden passing of Gelder Group Commercial Manager James Flintham who was 38 years old.  The Charity provides support,  financial or otherwise to Construction workers/their families when they become incapacitated through illness or accident.

The first two recipients of financial help will be Keith Brazier (67) an ex-tank commander who has been a key member of Xeric Systems since Jan 2015.  Keith has sadly been diagnosed with stomach Cancer.  The second recipient is Kevin Miley's family, Kevin has been a key member of our Lichfield team since joining Gelder Group's Insurance Repair and Renovation Division in September 2014, at Christmas Kevin was diagnosed with terminal stomach Cancer which has spread to his bowel and pancreas.
