I am doing the 3 peak challenge as this is close to my heart as I am a Survivor. I want to raise money and awareness for this charity so they can carry on supporting survivors.  I am doing this for every survivor out there. You are not alone. I'm challenging myself as I know I am strong and I can do it. I want to show people that they are not alone in this world and you to can achieve anything.  

Every five minutes in the UK someone experiences rape, attempted rape, or sexual assault by penetration. 15% of girls and 5% of boys have experienced sexual violence by the time they are sixteen.

The Survivors Trust is the only UK and Ireland-wide umbrella agency for specialist organisations supporting all survivors of rape, sexual violence and childhood sexual abuse. The core aim of the survivors trust is to ensure that society supports all survivors effectively and takes responsibility for ending sexual violence. Help them to achieve this.

22nd and 23rd June. We will start the trek up Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon. I will be taking you all on this amazing adventure with me by taking photos and videos of the challenge. 

So please with your help we can change lives.
