Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I know 10k's aren't exactly a marathon or an ironman, but I wanted to do something to help support the charity and to me trying to do three 10k's in sub 60 .... and if I'm lucky less than that, is a challenge to me. 

OCD has affected two people very close to me, I have seen it rip them apart and make life increasingly hard. Luckily, through a lot of trial and error, and some serious lows, they have both found treatments that suit them and have "put them back together again". 

Now it's my turn to help others and through your donations, I hope we can at least help one person deal with their OCD and feel whole again.
