Hello everyone,

Its that time again lovely people.. .you’ve all had a year off from my cancer research fundraising efforts so I’m on the trail to raise funds again with my good friends Sarah and Stephen Cunningham. 

Most of you know my story so I won’t bore you with the details but it’s been 4 years now since my life saving 9 hour operation and it’s changed my life irrevocably in many different ways. Lots of my friends and family have lost people who haven’t been as lucky as me and this is why I will keep fundraising to help Cancer Research in their fight to try and eradicate this cruel disease..

So, I’ve raced for life (twice) gone sober for a whole month (no mean feat-lol!) and jumped out of a plane ((which Sarah, Steve and Neil also did) and now here is the latest crazy endeavour (although you may have already guessed what it is from the strap line!)... 

The Three Peaks Challenge... for those of you that may not know what this entails, here goes......

The National Three Peaks Challenge involves climbing the three highest peaks of Scotland, England and Wales, often within 24 hours.

The total walking distance is 23 miles (37km) and the total ascent is 3064 metres (10,052ft) - twice the ascent of the Yorkshire Three Peaks, over a similar total walking distance. The total driving distance is 462 miles. We will start on 27th July and finish on the 28th July (my birthday-lol!)... 😳😱💪⭐️

So the three of us Three Peaks Geeks now ask you all to please donate to this most worthwhile cause and let’s all Stand Up to Cancer (Su2C).. I know that all sounds a bit like a cliche but it is what it is so give us your money, please.. 👍
