On October 7th I will be running the Royal Parks half marathon in memory of my amazing friend Alex Lewis. Last year Alex lost a long battle with osteosarcoma, along with Alex's family and friends I am raising money for Bone Cancer Research Trust. Unfortunately the survival rate of bone cancer hasn't improved in the past 20 years, a real push for new research is needed, and that’s what BCRT are doing.

For those that were lucky enough to have known Alex you will know what an amazing person he was. Never without a smile, I am honoured to call him my friend.The run will be challenge for me and i will be dedicating my time and efforts into training and fundraising helping to raise awareness for BCRT! Alex was such a brave person, I know by doing this he will be one proud guy looking down on us all and smiling. TEAM ALEX!!!

So please help me to reach my target, however small the donation is it would be greatly appreciated!
