Earlier this year a group of us from the Telford office of Terry Jones Solicitors decided to start a Couch to 5k running group, having achieved this in August, the next challenge was then a 10K race! 

As Terry Jones Solicitors have an office in Bridgnorth and Bridgnorth hold an annual 10k race which the firm sponsor, it was decided that this would be the perfect race to partake in!  With it's challenging route of many hills this is certainly not the easiest of races for the team to do.

In the process of training for the hilly course it would be great to continue raising funds for Terry Jones Solicitors' chosen charity, Midlands Air Ambulance.  If you could help us & donate to this amazing charity, as well as showing us your support we would be very grateful!
