Scrapper's Cup 2017 is a community event bringing the village of Sherburn in Elmet together in a celebratory day of rugby to raise money for charity in loving memory of Steve 'Scrapper' Carter MBE.

After a phenomenal year one we are coming back to raise money for the British Forces Foundation as Scrapper served a full service in the British Army from which he was presented an MBE from Her Majesty the Queen. 

The British Forces Foundation are a charity close to the Carter's hearts as they work hard to provide high quality entertainment and other innovative programmes to demonstrate the public support for the work our brave service men and women and the sacrifices they are prepared to make. Additionally the charity provide entertainment for the families of the service men and women who are living away from home while posted out of the country. 

Please help us raise some extra cash for The British Forces Foundation to show our troops how grateful we are for their protection.
