In light of recent events, culminating in, but far from limited to, the murder of Sarah Everard allegedly by a serving Met police officer, I feel it is time to show allyship for the fight against violence towards women. 

I am running 97km over two weeks to show support for the 97% of women aged 18-24 who have experienced sexual harassment. I have chosen to raise money for SARSVL as they do amazing work in supporting women in Leeds who have been subject to rape and sexual violence at the hands of men, and it is an opportunity to support my local community.

I will start on Saturday 20th March and update you daily on my progress.
