In September, four of Selftrade's fittest (hmmm!), Amelia, Chandni, Dave and Lee will be raising money as part of the SG Group for charity. By foot, mountain bike and kayak we'll be aiming to navigate our way around 9 lakes in the Lake District in just 9 hours. Mountain biking both on and off road, through forests and up dales, trekking over Helvellyn via Striding Edge and then canoeing across Ullswater to the finish.

This fundraising is for our Charity of the Year , Friends of the Elderly and as a group were aiming to raise in excess of £100,000 this year, this event will hopefully assist in reaching this and helping a great cause.
