PROGRESS SO FAR...  21.1  miles of 21 miles - Wow! I've done it!!!

Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.  When my younger son Rex was diagnosed with a complex neurodevelopmental disorder at 6 yrs old, I found myself in a long, emotionally, physically and financially exhausting battle to get him the support he needed to access education.  I'm raising funds for SEND unlocked because I am passionate about supporting other families like ours through the maze.

The Challenge

This Christmas between 24^th November and 24th December I’ve signed up to swimthedistance.com to do their English Channel Swim Challenge.  That’s 21 miles in 30 days done in my local pool. I haven’t done any actual training, have to fit it in around the boys, all that involves Christmas in a cost of living crisis and work, which is really busy as we're in the middle of the launch of the SEND unlocked Directory App.  It’s going to be bonkers!
