Tom and Michal are running in the Santa Run on Sunday 3rd December to raise money for our work with street homeless people!

Tom, our Deputy Manager, decided to run with Michal, one of our service users, in the Santa Run, after set up the running group this February. He says: 'the best thing about the running group is seeing the difference the group makes to our service users.'

The running group, open to both staff and clients, is great support for both physical and mental wellbeing. They meet every Friday at lunchtime and run a route around Regents Park, a stone's throw from our centre based in Marylebone. They have been using the running group to train for the Santa Run, reaching 8km last week!
