Hi Guys,

Those of you who know me will be aware that I've been running the Great Manchester 10km every year for the past 10 years and this is going to be my 11th run. I don't normally run for a charity but this year I have decided to support Children's Heart Federation.

The reason for this is that a close friend of mine has a nephew that was born with a heart defect and has struggled in one way or another to do things which we may take for granted. So I thought this would be a nice way to honour him , his determination and his strength whilst also doing something positive for charity.

So please donate as much as you can however little. Just as a tribute.
