Anyone can get Parkinson’s. It gets worse over time and there’s no cure. Yet. Funding research into the most promising treatments, we’re getting closer to a cure. Until then, we're improving life for people with Parkinson’s, and the people in their lives. Together we'll find a cure.

Story

Thank you so much for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Parkinson’s Disease (PD) has blighted the lives of many of my family and friends. And in 2022 I was diagnosed with PD. Since then the NHS neurological team have been good. But it has been the Parkinson’s UK charity that have helped me most navigating the vast amount of information around medication, possible treatments, exercise, finances, and medical research. They also supplement our classes! Parkinson’s UK has reassured me that with their help I can battle this condition. Please could you help me support the great work they do.

In 2024 I will embark on a 26-100-10,000 triathlon. This consists of hobbling 26 miles round the Brighton Marathon (with my brother Dave), crawling along the South Downs 100 mile race, and screaming a skydive of 10,000 feet.
