I am a member of several crafting communities.  Recently a mummy lost her angel baby, Elva, at 27+3 weeks.  I offered to dye her a memory pack of yarn so she could knit and crochet to help her through a very difficult time.  

On the day of Elva's funeral, all my colour ways will be named in her memory and the skeins I don't send to her mummy will be offered on a raffle basis via my Facebook page to raise money for SANDS.  The charity work to support parents and families affected by the loss of a baby in the neonatal periods or through stillbirth at any gestation and they have helped thousands of families through the years.  

I hope that by raising some money in Elva's memory, a special little girl will help raise money to support other families going through similar situations.  

Once you have made a donation of any size, your name will be entered into a random draw for the yarn and any other goodies I can get hold of.  I will draw the winners on Monday unless we are raising so much that I decide to keep the draw open for a further 24 hours!  

I will cover postage to the winners and will not be making any money from this auction.
