We provide free end-of-life care to people affected by life-limiting illness

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

My challenge is to cycle the 2012 Olympic race route through the streets of London and out over the Surrey Hills. It's 100 miles with some steep hills to climb along the way - all to be completed in just one day !

I'm riding to help spread the word about the amazing work Weston Hospicecare provide supporting local people affected by life-limiting illnesses.

About Weston Hospicecare
Receiving an end-of-life diagnosis can be difficult, not just for the patient but also for their loved ones. At Weston Hospicecare, our team of palliative care experts is dedicated to working together to provide specialist support. Our social, emotional, psychological, spiritual and physical care helps guide people through one of the most difficult experiences they will ever face.

All of this care is provided free of charge to patients and relatives - no matter how young or old. With just 20% of funding coming from government, the Hospice is reliant on donations and support from the community. Find out more at www.westonhospicecare.org.uk
