We are Finn and Finley, Project AWARE's Ambassadors on a mission to spread the word that sharks need urgent protection and we need your help, before its too late.

I, Finn, started my journey on World Oceans Day, 8th June 2011 from Bristol, UK. My friend Finley began her adventure down under in Sydney, Australia. We are now traveling the globe to raise awareness of dwindling shark populations.

We are ambassadors for all threatened shark species around the world.

Did you know that nearly one out of five shark species are classified by the IUCN (International Union for Conservation of Nature) as Threatened with extinction? That doesn’t even include hundreds of species (almost half of all sharks) whose population status cannot be assessed because of lack of information. Scientists warn that, in actuality, a third of sharks might already be threatened.

Donating towards our journey will give Project AWARE the funds they desperately need to campaign for better protection for the most vunerable of sharks.
