I will complete a CrossFit hero WOD Every Hour On the Hour for 24hrs to raise money and awareness for Scotty’s little soldiers who provide help Children of service personnel who have passed away. 

About the charity

Scotty’s Little Soldiers is a charity dedicated to supporting children & young people who have experienced the death of a parent who served in the British Armed Forces. A range of programmes are provided to support their bereavement needs, well-being, education and development.
