I absolutely love having outdoor adventures. Walking 2650 miles from the U.S. Canadian border to the U.S. Mexican border fills me with joy and excitement but also a bit of fear. 

I'll be walking for over 5 months, carrying all my kit and camping. 

Walking and being outdoors hugely benefits my wellbeing and mental health.  I am hugely privileged to have this opportunity. 

And so it feels fitting and important to use my good fortune and privilege to help others with their mental health. That's why I'm fundraising for Mikeysline as I walk the PCT. 

Mikeysline do an amazing job of supporting people in their wellbeing and mental health. 

They show kindness and help folks find hope and support.
