So why do I want to support Mind, well for those who know me I have over the last 12 months had my very own struggles and still now have bad days, when everything seems to much  but it is with the support of family, friends and charities like Mind that keep us going. 

Everyone knows people who struggle or may have struggled in the past so I ask everyone to help raise awareness of mental health and support this great cause. 

So on the 20th Jan myself and 29 Aldershot Supporters will be gracing the hallowed turf of the EBB Stadium  playing in a game to help raise funds for Mind
