I did it!

As many of you know, I have the singular privilege of being the Chief Executive of the Guild of Entrepreneurs Trust. The Trust does terrific work ensuring access to business skills and education, which, in turn supports innovation, industry and social enterprise.

Unfortunately, many of the things I say are minuted for posterity, and you will be delighted to learn that throwaway remarks about "skydiving for charity" came back to bite me...

So, despite my most profound fears, I jumped out of a plane on 11th July, 2019.

I was petrified, but - lucky me - a burly paratrooper from the Red Devils was on hand to ensure that I really did "voluntarily" exit a perfectly good aeroplane: a mere 13,000ft from the ground...

I owe a huge thank-you to all of my so-called friends and colleagues who have chipped in (or are about to) with money and pithy comments in support of that incredibly stupid thing.
