On the 4th October I am starting my attempt at completing a DECA ironman triathlon of 2.4 miles swimming , 112 miles biking and a marathon.  

Every day for 10 days !!    10 ironman triathlons !!!! 24 miles swimming. 1120 miles cycling and 262miles running. 

The attempt is dedicated to the memory of my late father who passed away late 2016  and had vascular dementia. I'm raising funds for Alzheimers Research UK who fund pioneering research into all forms of dementia.
