The number of people diagnosed with cancer is growing, we're doing whatever it takes to help more people with cancer get the best care the UK has to offer, whoever and wherever they are. To donate, volunteer, raise money or campaign with us, call 0300 1000 200 or visit macmillan.org.uk

Story

A few generous Marsh locals will be shaving/ waxing/ dyeing their hair for Macmillan Cancer Support because we have all seen the devastation cancer causes.

Andy Carney will let the person who donates the most shave his head bald. Liam Winfield will let anybody who donates wax his entire body from the neck downwards.

Simon Channon will let anybody who donates dye his poor effort at a beard any colour they wish. Must stay on for a further 7 days after dyeing. Chris Holt will have both ears (and they are huge) pierced and have his hair dyed Billy Idol blonde.

Thanks for supporting my fundraising. Macmillan Cancer Support is here to help everyone with cancer live life as fully as they can, providing physical, financial and emotional support.

Everybody has or will at some stage know someone close to them that will have to deal with the heartbreak of cancer. Please help us raise a small amount of money for a charity that unfortunately we will all come across at some stage of our lives.

We thank you all for every single penny raised. To sponsor us please either fill out a sponsor form provided at The Marsh Pub or visit our Just Giving page online at
