Both my parents were in the RAF and my mother, now dead, was very proud to be a woman doing a skilled job (air traffic controller). RAFA supports those RAF personnel still service, such as paying for internet time so they can skype family at home and those who have served, to whom I owe my freedom ride. My father at 87 is still a welfare officer for RAFA.
