1. Birmingham 10k - Sunday 6th May

2. European Transplant Games in Sardinia - 17th to 24th June 

3. British Transplant Games in Birmingham - 2nd to 5th August 

As a transplant recipient, I am only alive today because of a very kind stranger (my hero) who was on the donor register. I am so grateful & want to give something back as a way of saying thank you. 

Transplant Sport UK is a charity & like so many other deserving causes, it receives no Government funding. I am required to pay for my own kit, transport, accommodation & any other associated costs in taking part. Transplant Sport UK provide an opportunity for those who have received a transplant to truly 'celebrate the gift of life' & inspire family & friends, who might be going through a very difficult journey, that there is hope & 'life after transplant'.  

Transplant Sport UK provide a rare PR opportunity to generate regional, national & international media coverage via www.transplant.org.uk & www.wtgf.org.
