Story

Hello and thanks for visiting my page.

I am taking part in my first half marathon for 30 years - the Berkhampstead Half Marathon on Sunday 5th March.  I will be raising funds for the Centre of ADHD and Autism Support (CAAS).  They are an amazing local charity that has been invaluable in supporting our family since our son George's diagnosis of autism when he was 4.

The support, information, courses and workshops they provide have helped us and other families in the same situation - those who have been 'diagnosed and discharged'.  If you can donate to help this incredible charity we would be truly grateful and make the 13.1 miles more bearable!

Thank you so much.

Simon.
