I think I've messed this page up by updating my old choir page... *sigh* 

We are raising funds to help Sarcoma UK, the only UK bone and soft tissue cancer charity, to raise awareness for early diagnosis and research into this form of cancer that took the life of Adam Jones in May 2014. Adam was a former Cardiff University student who was a fit and healthy 22 year old until Ewing's Sarcoma struck.  We can make such a difference to survival rates in the future by working together which is why I've come out of running retirement! 😉
